Wherever possible Intamap will use its own data, typically comprising text, spatial co-ordinates, imagery etc. to populate the Website or third party websites with Website information. However, Intamap also permits, individuals, partnerships, organisations and corporate entities, to submit relevant data to it for consideration of inclusion on any of its own or third party web sites.
Any individuals, partnerships, organisations and corporate entities who submit Content to Intamap for its consideration to use/display on its web sites, must comply with the following conditions.
You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials, publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of its provider.
If, as an individual, partnership, organisation and or corporate entity you are submitting to Intamap your own or another property's spatial data (typically Latitude and/or Longitude), without using the online Submit URL form provided by Intamap, you must confirm in writing to Intamap that the spatial data you are submitting, has not originated from any Ordnance Survey map or data set or similar copyrighted product from it or any other copyright holder.
By providing any Content to the Website:
(a) you agree to grant to us a world-wide, royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or another necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, technology known or later developed; and you warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral and other rights that may be necessary to grant us with the license referred to;
(b) you acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not obligation), in our sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any Content you provide at any time and for any reason, with or without reason.
